Michelle has a Diploma of Canine Behaviour Science and Technology (Dip.CBST) from the Companion Animal Sciences Institute (CASI) and is a member of the Association of Animal Behavior Professionals (AABP). CASI is a highly regarded animal training and behaviour educational body approved by Delta Australia – Australia’s leading dog training organisation which has many of its programs funded by State Governments. Michelle graduated from CASI with distinction, the highest level awarded.

Michelle has been working professionally since January 2008 and she has a genuine passion for dogs, making them a part of her life since 1974.

Michelle cares deeply about the welfare of all dogs. She has worked as a volunteer at the RSPCA where she saw first hand what happens to dogs that

exhibit problem behaviours that owners can no longer manage. It was this experience that set her on a search for a way of helping people to address their dog’s behaviour problems before they become too overwhelming.

Michelle lives with her partner and a gang of three, Kane an Italian Greyhound and whippets Tala and Ben.
