We adopted six month old Lupin from the pound. He was beautifully behaved in the house but was uncontrollable outside it – pulling and chewing on the lead, lunging at cars and bicycles and even being aggressive towards us. It was very important for us to be able to take Lupin out of the house, so after trying many ‘traditional’ techniques we were put in touch with Michelle.
